Travel Reimbursements

PLEASE SEE TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT RULES BEFORE BOOKING TRAVEL INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FOREIGN TRAVEL.

Remember:

• Keep ALL receipts. Receipts must show form of payment e.g. last 4 digit of the credit card used or "cash".
• Claim reimbursements in CDN unless you show proof of payment and charges in USD. 
• Fly a U.S carrier or provide a code share - changes fees are not reimbursable.
• Registration fees are reimbursable up to the early registration member rate.

We gladly accept legible scans of all forms and receipts.
