We have obtained funding from CIG for the 2017 Crustal Deformation Modeling Workshop that will be held in Golden, CO June 26-30. Please note that, we are unable to reimburse attendees without official appointments at US institutions.
Attendees from U.S. institutions will receive at least partial reimbursement for their transportation expenses associated with travel to the workshop. Precise amounts will depend on the total workshop expenses. No travel support is available for transportation expenses for participants with appointments at foreign institutions.
Note: All registered participants will have their workshop fees covered. This includes all fees associated with room rental costs, dorm lodging, and breakfast and lunch on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. All other meals (dinners) will be "on your own." There are a number of restaurants within walking distance
We will reimburse attendees based on the following criteria:
All travelers must file the NonEmployee Travel Reimbursement and Travel Reimbursement Request forms.
REMEMBER to include your offer letter with your receipts. Do not forget to SIGN your travel report. No photographs of travel reports are accepted.
Please save all your receipts as you travel, and plan to complete the expense report as soon as possible after the workshop. Receipts for all credit card purchase must show proof of charge e.g. last 4 digits of credit card.
