Participants requesting campus housing will be housed in Maple Hall (Campus Map Bldg 39). Maple Hall is comprised of four floors. Each suite has two rooms which are joined by a shared bathroom. A limited number of single rooms will be available. Maple hall is air conditioned and has elevator access to each floor.
Please inquire if you need special accommodations.
Linen service includes two flat sheets, pillow case, bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth. Blankets and pillows are provided in rooms.
Check-in begins Sunday June 25 from 3-6pm.
Check-out is no later than 10am. The last day to check out is Saturday July 1. Participants will be responsible for late check out costs at a rate of $50 per day as well as any unreturned keys ($125) and/or key cards ($25).
