For participants housed on campus, breakfast and lunch are provided Monday through Friday at Mines Market in Elm Hall (Campus Map Bldg 20) across from Maple Hall.
Dining Hours:
Breakfast: 7:00am-8:00am
Lunch: 11:30am-1:30pm
Dinner: 5:00p-6:30pm
Mines Market -- Newly opened in Elm Hall for cafeteria style dining with numerous selections served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Einstein Bros. Bagels -- Open in the CTLM building, Einsteins serves bagels, coffee, salads and parfaits throughout the summer months.
Periodic Table Food Court & Elements Convenience Store -- Newly opened in the Student Center, the Periodic Table features WOW Cafe, Habaneros and a full service Starbucks. Elements Convenience Store is open for grab and go items and sushi.
Subway -- located in the student recreation center.
