Campus Housing

Lodging

Single or double occupancy in a residential suite arrangements. Linen, folded and placed on bed includes 2 sheets, 2 towels, 1 washcloth, pillow, pillowcase, blanket, and mattress pad. A small bar of soap and a plastic cup are provided. Remember to bring your own toiletries. Room service is not provided but guests may exchange towels daily at the conference housing desk.

Quiet hours are between 11pm - 7am.

Desks are open daily from 7am to 11pm. On-call staff is available from 11pm to 7am a the main desk. Hours subject to change.

Check In Procedures

Check in begins at 4pm. Please check back for instructions including early and late arrivals.

Check Out Procdures

Checkout time is noon. Luggage storage will be available. Please check back for further instructions.

Laundry

Laundry is card-operated. Detergent is available for purchase.

Parking

Parking is by permit only on weekdays at $9 per day. See TAPS.

Keys

You will be charged $50 for lost or non-returned keys.

Dining Hours

Breakfast is included with your conference package. You will be issued a dining card.

Breakfast: 6:45-8:30am
Lunch: 11:30am - 1:15pm
Dinner: 4:45=6:30pm

Additional and guest meals maybe purchased on site.

Prohibited

Alcoholic beverages in public areas and in the presence of minors
Smoking on all campus properties
Fireworks, ammunition, explosives, or flammable materials
Pets
