Travel Support

Travel support (airfare and on-campus lodging) is available to participants with official appointments at US institutions. In order to receive travel support for airfare and/or housing you MUST complete BOTH the registration and travel support forms. Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for either airfare or lodging for participants from foreign institutions.

DEADLINE: May 9, 5:00pm PDT Applications for travel support after this deadline will not be accepted.

Participants will be notified by May 16 of their maximum travel reimbursement.

Lodging

Support for lodging for US participants is through use of the Stanford housing. Lodging will be in the ZAP and Delta Delta Delta houses in the Cowell Cluster. Accomodations consist of two-room doubles with a separate sleeping room for each individual and a door between the two spaces, but only one door leading to the corridor. Both people must enter/exit through one of the rooms, which leaves one person with less privacy. There are shared bathrooms.

Participants choosing to stay off campus will be responsible for their lodging expenses.

Airfare

We expect to be able to provide reimbursement participants from US institutions for a portion of their airfare costs. The extent of the reimbursement will depend on our final budget and total travel support requested.
